This Village Center is home to a wonderful mix of unique, high end, owner occupied, retail, service and restaurant businesses. As the Landlord, Anne Marie Pierce works closely with Tenants to recruit complimentary businesses to add to our mix.
They offer highly competitive rental rates, unheard of lease agreements - such as exclusivity clause and owner friendly hours, on site property management, promotions and special events, as well as shared advertising costs. They are a small business incubator of sorts – offering their businesses owners all the tools they need to succeed.
It is their intention to bring a high end, creative, professional florist to the Village Center. It is their hope that WUMFA may be able to introduce her to the perfect person or people to welcome to Greendale.

We are looking for vases with a 6" by 6" base, unsure of the exact height of the vase but we know it's over 48" tall. Willing to pay for S/H and negotiate price.
